Hi...
I got an email with a comment at the bottom which read...
'I hope you all have not forgotten us.'
Bit of a blast from the past lol but i thought hey... i havent been to Astonia for years...
Downloaded and installed game but have the following issues...
1) When creating character online it tells me "Character Created" but doesnt show character in list and if i try to recreate with same details it allows me and each time says "Character Created'.
2) When I try to connect to game I get error message... "Update failed due to a connection error. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet." Obviously I'm connected to the Internet or I wouldnt be able to access this forum.
So... Is this game still alive?

We have fixed this today. You should be able to login in the client with your current characters/password.
As for the new character creation, you most likely specified invalid characters and or too long. Try a more simpler username.
