It is definitely a possible route, I've tried running it before but always found it harder than that.

Mithey in New World told me about it. With the source code release I decided to have a look to see at exactly what areas were the damage tiles and refined the route based on that.

Yea, I tried it and by the time I was at circle 1 after recalling from circle 3, it was already 0:46, I have no idea how that is possible. I even had athlete for 120 speed running a good part of the way. Seems a bit of a stretch.
