Link Advisor cost to...

Post by Exekiel » Sat Jul 19, 2014 5:46 am

Either level or rank. Because at lvl 10-20 advisors cost like 2 hours in jobby, but then at like lvl 80 its like "240 lol, sure you can have my butt wiping money" Maybe have it scale with rank or level so that it is like "ok, that is reasonable to get but not too easy at any point"

Also remove advisors and allow us to bribe the governor x amount of times based either on level or teleporters reached.

Having a costs that balances off with military rank, rather than be static, is a good idea. Will be done in time.

It is based on level a bit. It's done in ranges.
level<25 base cost is 4g
level<45 is 8g
level<65 is 12g
level<85 is 15g
else is 20g

Then the type of favour multiples that value.
Easy = base cost
Medium = base cost*3
Big = base cost*10
Huge = base cost*20
Vast = base cost*35

The worst part for lower levels isn't necessarily the cost, it's that they can only access three Advisor's. With three you'll get an insane most of the time from three huge favours but with access to six Advisor's you can tend to get away with getting six mediums which is much cheaper.
