NW changes to implent

Figuring a few of these will be very easy to implent.

- Scrolling text, inv and stats
- Higher droprate in pents
- /spawn
- Learning?
- SH hitting more directions
- Higher base dur for WC and bless at level 1
- More chars online per account
- More welds
- Higher skull droprate & silver skull chance in zombies
- DL rooms open all the time

EDIT:
- Jewels changed back to how it used to be originally?

There may be an alternate solution to DL doors, I don't know why SH would hit behind you, welds seems reasonable, and I believe the higher skull drop rate is already a working item (I mean, I just zipped through Z1 all the way and got exactly 1 skull :( )

I'll just copy & add my opinion in bold

- Scrolling text, inv and stats: YES
- Higher droprate in pents: NO, since it would make the game faster & boring, also would make you less exited if you find a good item
- /spawn: NO, since jewels don't disappear if you don't take them
- Learning: NO
- SH hitting more directions: NO
- Higher base dur for WC and bless at level 1: YES, but make it pre-arch
- More chars online per account: YES
- More welds: YES
- Higher skull droprate & silver skull chance in zombies: already live
- DL rooms open all the time: YES

- I get floaded with pots, I don't see why we need even more? I don't even pick all of them up anymore
- No point in making a /spawn right now until they add a way for unclanned players to take CJ's & make clans. Also part of the game is knowing when a spawn happens, misleading ppl/clans by pretending other spawn happens etc...
- No learning
- SH hitting left & right makes sense in our attack animation, however, we don't swirl around and attack behind us. That being said, I do think SH should hit abit harder or proc more often

Yes I know many other concepts of freeze have been spoken about but I agree freeze base duration should be a bit longer pre-arch.

potion drop rate and stone drop rate in pents is fine, althouth a slight increase to lower level stone drops would be appreciated (especially in F-pents, i-pents upon entering, totally unprofitable). But decent item drop rate in pents is pretty much 0.00000001% of all demons killed. It is abysmallly low. A massive increase wouldn't change the game balance at all.

I disagree with stone drop rate being fine. I also think gear drops could be increased.
