Clan Spawners in Mines?

Clan Spawners in Mines?

I had this thought: how about CJ spawners in mines whose doors randomly move just like the GU/Store rooms? It would add another whole dimension to mines and get people back there more. Maybe a blue square and torch vendor at the entrance too. Maybe have the doors spawn on verticle instead of horizontal walls that are 2 thick facing south or something. It would require some slight map changes to make said walls, but the results would be pretty cool, and it is mostly just cut and paste of code that already exists.

I don't mind taking a look at any of these and seeing what I can do it terms of coding either, I mean, for anything I've suggested. I'm not the best coder but I can do some rudimentary working things with this code base. It isn't the hardest programming out there.

I don't know. I'd like to hear other's thoughts on this.

I personally don't even go to certain spawns because of difficult access points.

If these spawns were random and in the mines, I personally wouldn't participate in them. Sounds like a place to go if your a miner and a spawner...which could realistically become a "thing".

I can see players getting there too late thus the spawn being over. Or the player gets there too early and is forced to stare at walls until the jewel spawns. So it would require some adjusting for players to get their on time.

The main issue with this would be accessibility. Until there are so many clans there's genuine competition for those cjs, that spawn will be forgotten.

+ I'd hate to be looking for gu room, and find spawn, thus have no other option than to teleport out of mines after an hour of digging behind me.

It's an interesting idea, but needs some tweaks. All for the torch vendor though.

Doesn't need to be very inaccessable thou freya, the entrance could be in mine 10 (perhaps on the right side instead of left) and the door never moves?

But first, we should get a teleporter between Mines & RD stairs!

nah that's not a spawner, you're suppose to fight ppl at a certain time, not be lucky and find it..

It would spawn on verticle walls 2 thick facing south, which would have to be made. The point is that once the ones in mines aren't heavily competed over. Not all of them have to be badass battle grounds. It goes with some other things I'll post in a minute. But as I said, I'm not overly attached to any ideas, I just think they would be cool additions.
