Yeah I agree Ryff, it's only that very rare occasion when 2 people have the same(more like similar really, I don't think anyone ever has the exact some build) build and gear.
And who's to say out of those rare occurrences that it will only be 1 vs 1. Usually, at least the popular spawns, there is always more than 2 people. Knowing that fact actually shows how much even rarer an occasion like this would happen.

Well, even if someone has a worse build than you, you might still lose simply cause of DW/LW difference

It's all a part of the game.

I know, it's something I have mixed feeling about, but wanted to just put it out there :)

LW/DW in spawns take skill and build out of the equation, and just adds randomness.

Should never have been enabled in spawns to begin with. A better solution would be to not have it work with LW/DW though in spawns, as people leveling can attend spawn with DW/LW bonuses and still be okay.

Kind of difficult understanding what you mean there. So your saying for players that have LW/DW as a profession the bonuses they have will not be enabled during spawns? Thus, enabling players without DW/LW to spawn w/ out a disadvantage?

because its all a choice in what you raise they should be put at a disadvantage... unless your planning on getting rid of all skill like athlete because that causes advantage as well

This is exactly why i'm having mixed feelings, you spent 30 prof points that could've been used elsewhere :)

Perhaps a good alternative would be to make the impact of LW/DW less strong in spawner areas? Like it only provides 50% of the buff instead of 100%

Athlete gives advantage to everyone at all times. There is no randomness there.

Essentially what LW/DW does is flip a coin, and say "50% of the time, you will win, the other 50%, the other person will win." Spawns are based on skill and strategy, should not be based on luck. To give a very bad example, you could just as well have the CJ go to a random person in the spawn when the timer reaches zero. Randomness, no skill involved, and you only win based on luck.

Yes, that would be a viable solution. Another solution would have LW/DW not add bonuses if CW is active.
