Can we please implement the 3.5 clanhalls so we can have actual raids going on AND with this people can watch + ppl can defend

Bump please make work of this
Currently you can't really defend a raid.
You can't watch as an outsider.
You have to take recalls with you since you can die from environment damage - this is not how clan vs clan fights should be!
