I think freeze should last 4 seconds as WC does. I like the idea of freeze doing end/mana damage. I believe it would have to be small until higher levels but it should also do it over time instead of immediate? I actually like the idea of either way it may effect the end and mana. Just gotta balance...

Warriors and seyans are already at a disadvantage in pents without ms. I am all for hitting behind. Maybe 25% DMG or 50% DMG done to sides. However a lot of the character swings on war and seyan do seem to swing behind.

I think 6 hours is perfect. Honestly even on a3res I got the Jimmy ammy 3x in a row... imagine that but over 72 hours... Plus as has been mentioned how fast some people level makes it difficult to keep up on sewer items for your level with the respawn that low. 24 hours is great for creepers belt es...

I think hc should have a stat bonus. I think the gap should be less between the two definitely. But closing the gap means hc should get more than 10% kill exp. I feel that most of these suggestions are overly complex for something that can easily be done in game. Want to tank? Raise parry sword as and BC a slight bit higher. I think increasing the pent bonus, allowing a capped learning, perhaps even modified, and a jobbington bonus would be wonderful.
